Hi, I’m Rionach Aiken, Visibility Mentor and Poetry Alchemist.

This is a poem by Hafiz and this poem really speaks to me about the support that many of us need to step into our true potential, and into visibility, into shining in the world.

I work with visionaries: with coaches, healers, practitioners, change-agents, pioneers, leaders. People who have a yearning and a calling to make a difference in the world.

And not just any difference, but a difference that is unique to them. They’re birthing something new. They have a sense of what the world needs.

But it can be a scary thing to do! To step out there with something new and become visible in the world. So support is needed.

Many visionaries have visibility blocks, and a lot of fear or procrastination. Or just confusion around becoming visible and stepping out.

For some people it’s easy to hide away. It’s easy to feel that you’re not ready. That you’re not good enough.
